ABout CHRISTINE

I was born and raised in Canada and moved to California, with my parents and sister in 1996. While working in Lending for both IT and Appraisal review roles, I met my former husband with whom I share two amazing sons. 

After looking for a new passion, I started in real estate in 2013 in a Front Desk position. That role grew into Compliance for the office and Transaction Coordination work followed shortly after. In 2014, I started an independent TC business and became licensed as well as a REALTOR in 2019. In 2015, my third son was born and all the kids grew up surrounded by great agents, brokerages and title companies.

Although I had little desire to be a real estate broker working with buyers and sellers, the training we receive, and the education requirements are critical to performing my TC duties at the highest level. I can perform many more duties than my unlicensed counterparts. Owning my own TC business allows me the flexibility to raise my kids, work from home and provide evening and weekend service to my clients.

My goal is to keep my clients in the field with their buyers and sellers and have the freedom to grow their businesses without struggling to balance all the paperwork and brokerage necessities. I am an integral part of each of my agent’s businesses, providing their clients with the best possible service.
